So my boyfriend is a Jurassic park fanatic and was given an original poster and was so excited! I wanted to frame it for him for his birthday. Unfortunately, the size of the poster was really awkward and was just a little bit above the normal 24x36 sizing. Upon searching, I realized that custom framing is really, really expensive. I chose this one strictly because it was the cheapest I could find. With shipping it came to 1/2 - 1/3 of what competitors wanted for the same frame. I was really nervous because it had no reviews and I did not like that it takes me to a whole different website to order. The shipping also said it was going to take FOR EVER to get here.I was very happily surprised. It was on my doorstep 5 days later which was great! Except I did not know it was coming and he saw the package and guessed what it was immediately. So no surprise, but very happy boyfriend. So it seems like it might be way too simple for the price, but simple is not cheap. It is a nice aluminum that looks like it will hold up after being moved around and it looks WAY better than the crappy plastic ones you can get for cheaper. The simplicity is convenient because it took me less than 10 minutes to put this together, even with the difficult-to-work-with rolled poster. All you need is a flat head screwdriver. Provides a wire to hang from that is height adjustable which is great. Also has metal springs to push your art against the front, so there is a little wiggle-room on how thick your piece can be to fit the frame. Also includes little foam bumpers so the frame won't booger up your wall. The plastic front comes with a layer of protection on both sides so it is fresh and clear when you need it.Would I buy this again? Hells yea, its the cheapest custom frame I could find and does not suck!Would I buy this again if my poster was normal size and I could choose any other poster? If I had the money to drop $100 bucks on a poster, I definitely would. If your poster is something you want to put in a 'forever frame', just pay the extra 50 bucks or whatever and get this one. Good quality and it seems like a good company.
